What I offer...

I offer Individual Therapy in Bellingham and Everett, WA as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate.

I will also be facilitating Improvised Circle Songs once a week for people of all musical skill levels.

I am also a facilitator of the Work that Reconnects.

How I Came to Be a therapist...

With more than a decade of experience in healing and helping professions, I made the journey from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada to study Somatic Psychotherapy in San Francisco. I finished my degree in 2016 and moved with my family to build my practice in Bellingham and Everett.

I've been a passionate singer and improviser my whole life. I'm also a performer, a composer and a song leader. I'll be offering regular group therapeutic singing as part of my therapy practice.

While in the Bay Area I also supported Joanna Macy in her healing and empowering work for ecological awareness and transformation- both as a co-facilitator and musical leader. I believe music is at the heart of personal and social change!
